I think both are great; however, I find GoogleDocs to be more versatile and user friendly.
I agree GoogleDocs is the better than Zoho. Glad you like Google Forms, they are a great tool.
I didnt see much of a difference either. I do love Google Docs. I just download the new Google Drive for another class project and I enjoy browsing through all the facets of Google Docs. Thanks for sharing the link!
What about using Drop Box for all your documents? Then you could take them everywhere you go...even your iPhone
